Our team of twenty ladies travelled to Haywards Heath for the annual golf match against the Sussex Golf Captains. The opposition had fielded a very strong team which included a +1 golfer. However, not to be deterred, we battled on and I understand the banter between the teams was infectious. As each of the teams finished their match the results began to give us hope. After a delicious meal, it was time to announce the winning team. The SLC&SGA won the match 6/4, it was an amazing day and I thanked all involved.
